Aanchal Lamba is a Partner and Co-Founder of Stride Legal. With around 8 years in the profession, she has been advising start-ups, private companies and public companies on various aspects of company law, commercial laws, IT laws and labour laws.
Aanchal specializes in advisory relating to mergers, acquisitions and other private equity transactions. Having advised both start-ups/promoters as well as private equity firms, she has advised various companies and funds on investments aggregating to over $100 million, and has gained wide experience and expertise advising on restructuring and on acquisitions of businesses and shares across various structures.
She has also advised several companies incorporated abroad on reverse flipping, and regularly reviews, negotiates and assists in the execution of IT contracts, including SaaS contracts.
Aanchal has also represented various artists, influencers, talent management agencies and producers in negotiating advertisement, media and production related contracts.
She regularly conducts training for corporates on laws relevant to their profession, and has published articles and papers in various legal journals and magazines.
