The implementation of the National Sports Governance Act 2025 has meant that Sporting bodies and federations need to undertake changes to their constitution, governance structures and operations to ensure compliance with the new regulations. Stride Legal has advised several National and state federations with respect to compliance with the National Sports Governance Act 2025.
