A qualified Company Secretary in addition to being a lawyer, Sanyukta has over five years of experience in advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Over the course of her practice, Sanyukta has worked with domestic and international clients across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, technology, and services, on transaction structuring, foreign investment regulations, corporate governance, and other allied regulatory issues.

Sanyukta has conducted legal due diligence and has been involved in drafting, reviewing transaction documents and commercial contracts. Radhika Joshi

ASSOCIATE

Radhika is a Associate at Stride Legal, working within the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. She advises clients across sectors on the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including master service agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, vendor and distributor agreements, licensing agreements, leave and licence agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Her practice extends across the full contract lifecycle, from structuring and drafting through to redlining and negotiation on behalf of both Indian and international clients. Radhika regularly advises on related party transactions and allied regulatory considerations under the Companies Act, 2013, including related party transaction compliance and managerial remuneration limits, as well as stamp duty and allied tax implications of commercial arrangements.

Radhika also conducts legal due diligence of commercial contracts and MoUs for corporate transactions, including mergers and demergers, and has reviewed data protection agreements for compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. She has worked on cross-border commercial arrangements spanning jurisdictions including the United States, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.

She holds a specialization in Intellectual Property and Technology Law and brings this grounding to her commercial contracts practice — advising clients on confidentiality frameworks, indemnities and liability provisions in line with global best practices.

Prior to joining Stride Legal, Radhika worked as a Legal Advisor with LegaLogic Consulting, Pune, as part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Contracts team, where she advised clients on a range of domestic and cross-border commercial arrangements, including SaaS agreements, vendor agreements and licensing agreements.
